Cancellations & Refund Policy
Withdrawal of Application
- Memberships begin immediately upon successful payment.
- Cancellations are not accepted after payment is processed.
- Members may cancel their membership at any time for subsequent years.
- No pro-rata refunds or partial reimbursements will be issued for already-paid membership fees.
- Withdrawal will terminate the membership before the next billing date.
Force Majeure
If services cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, emergencies, or facility maintenance), we may offer:
- An alternative date, or
- A rescheduled service session.
